lying and being at Laurel, formerly Franklinville in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,
'bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side-of Peconic Bay Boulevard where the same is intersected by the westerly
boundary line of land conveyed to Charles E. Hallock, by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
819 of Deeds at Page 92,and
RUNNING THENCE southwesterly along said Boulevard, one hundred feet to a point which is distant four hundred
and forty two feet northeasterly measured along the line of said Peconic Bay Boulevard from a stone monument
