ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town,of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Nos. 20 and 21 and one-half of 22 on
Block H on a certain map made July 22nd, 1930 by Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S. entitled, "Map of
Reydon Shores, Inc., Bayview, L.I., N.Y., in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y." and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, Riverhead, New York on the I` day of July, 1931, as Map
No, 631, which said premises when taken together are more particularly bounded-and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of Grove Drive, where the division line between Lot
Nos. 19 and 20 on the above-mentioned map intersects the southerly side of Grove Drive;
RUNNING THENCE south 09 degrees 29 minutes 20 seconds west along last mentioned division line,
