BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner hereof at a point on the northerly side of Midfarm Road where northerly side of
Midfarm Road is intersected by the westerly line of land now or formerly of Daddona, and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along with northerly side of Midfarm Road the following two courses and distances:
1. South 88 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West 118.20 feet;
2. Westerly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right and having a radius of 200 feet, a distance of 91.35 feet to land
