BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in a deed made by Ruth F. Preston, Ida Belle
Latham, Robert L. Muir and Helen Muir and recorded July 13, 1967, in Liber 6184, at page 28 and in a deed
made by Peconic Holding Company,Inc.and recorded March 15, 1989,in Liber 10817,at page 65.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs

Southold, Suffolk County, New York, designated as Lot No. 22 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Section Two Fordham
Acres at Greenport,Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y."surveyed January 20, 1965 by Van Tuyl 8:Son, licensed land
surveyor, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 6th day of April, 1966, as map No. 4605 and a
described piece of land. When taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Wiggins Lane at the division line of Lot 21 and Lot 22 said point being the
following two(2)courses from the intersection of the Southerly side of Main Road (North Road) (N.Y.S. Route 25)and the
Westerly side of Wiggins Lane:
1. South 23 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds East 435.00 feet;
2. North 89 degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds East 115.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE, along the Southerly side of Wiggins Lane, North 89 degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds East 112.70 feet
to land now or formerly of Reinecke;
THENCE, along said land and through Fordham Canal, South 01 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds West 277.58 feet to
