BEGINNING at a granite merestone set in the Southeasterly end of an un-improved road, said merestone being 675.95
feet East of a point which is 303.72 feet North of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station"Chocomount 2"and thence running North 47°48'40" East 221.18 feet to a point in the
Southwesterly line of Brooks Point Road, said point being at a point of curve to the left having a radius of 249.60 feet and
the direction of whose radius at that point is North 500 40' 00" East; thence Southeastwardly, following the arc of said curve
59.14 feet to a point; thence South 52° 54' 30" East 22.20 feet to a point of curve to the right having a radius of 310.92 feet
and the direction of whose radius at that point is South 37° 05' 30"West; thence continuing Southeastwardly, following the
arc of said curve 154.58 feet to a point;thence South 24°25' 20" East 57.92 feet to a point of curve to the right having a
radius of 52.02 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South 650 34'40"West; thence Southwardly and
Southwestwardly, following the arc of said curve 115.35 feet to a point,the last five lines running along said Southwesterly
line of Brooks Point Road and the Northerly line of another private road;thence along the westerly end of said private road
