Between THOMAS S. D'ANTONIO, residing at 152 Trevor Court Road, Rochester,
New York 14610, party of the first part, and
THOMAS S. D'ANTONIO and KATHLEEN E. D'ANTONIO, husband and
wife, residing at 152 Trevor Court Road, Rochester, New York 14610, parties
of the second part,
Witnesseth that the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00 etc.) lawful
money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the parties of the,
second part, does hereby remise, release, and quitclaim unto the parties of the second part, their
distributees and assigns forever,
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
Parcel 1:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly line of Kenneys Road with the northerly
line of Soundview Avenue; running thence along said northerly line of Soundview Avenue two '
courses, as follows: (1) South 27°07'40" West a distance of 2.44 feet to a concrete monument; thence
(2) along a curve to the left having a radius of 625.69 feet, a distance of 163.08 feet to land now or
formerly of Hahn; thence along said land now or fonnerly of Hahn, North 42°37' 00" West a distance
of 152.69 feet; thence along other land now or formerly of George W. Smith & Sons, Inc. North 470 49'
40" East a distance of 146.81 feet to said westerly line of Kenneys Road; thence along said westerly
line of Kenneys Road South 42° 10' 20" East a distance of 75.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of land now or formerly of Arthur W. Hahn,
Jr. (which point is North 42° 37' 00" West a distance of 152.69 feet from the northerly line of
Soundview Avenue; and which point is the northwesterly corner of Parcel One above described and the
southwesterly corner of the premises herein described); running thence North 42° 37' 00" West a
distance of 100 feet, more or less, to the shore of Great Pond; running thence in an easterly direction
along the shore of Great Pond a distance of 10 feet or more to a point which is distant 10 feet from the
direct extension northerly of the westerly line of the premises herein described when measured at right
angles thereto; running thence in a southeasterly direction South 42°37' 00" East on a line parallel to
and at all points 10 feet easterly from the aforesaid westerly line when measured at right angles thereto,

a distance of 100 feet or more to the northerly line of Parcel One above described; running thence
South 47'49' 40" West a distance of 10 feet to the point or place of beginning. Said premises being a
strip of land 10 feet in width and extending from the northwesterly comer of Parcel One above
described northerly to Great Pond.
This conveyance is made and accepted subject to all conveyances, easements, and
restrictions recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
Being and intending to convey the same premises conveyed to Thomas S. D'Antonio
from Thomas S. D'Antonio, as Administrator of the Estate of Arva M. D'Antonio, by deed dated
October 24, 1998, and recorded on November 6, 1998 in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Book 11927
of deeds, at page 175.
