ALL that certain plot frame or parcel of land, situate, lying arid being at Fleets Neck, near Cut hogue,
Southold Town, Suffolk County,New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the southwesterly line of Fleets Neck Road at the
southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Woelker, said point also being distant southeasterly,
719.75 feet as measured along same from the intersection of the southeasterly side of Main Road with
the southwesterly side of Fleet Neck Road;
RUNNING along said southwesterly line of Fleets Neck Road, south 45 degrees 29 minutes east, 100.00
feet to a concrete monument;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Steinke, south 44 degrees 31 minutes west, 200.00
feet to a concrete monument and land now or remedy of Wickhams Fruit Farm and Suffolk County;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, north 45 degrees 29 minutes west, 100.00 feet to a concrete
monument and said land now as formerly of Woelker;

The policy to be issued under this report will insure the title to such buildings and improvements erected on the
premises which by law constitute real property. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party in the
first part, or, in and to the land lying in the street in front of and adjoining said premises.
AND the party,of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
