ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,situate,lying and being at Mattituck,Town of
Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number
23 on a certain map entitled"Map of Oregon View Estates",which map was filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 4, 1975 as Map No.6241,said lot being more
particularly bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING-at a point on the northeasterly side of Horseshoe Drive at the extreme
northwesterly end of the arc of a curve which connects the northeasterly side of Horseshoe
Drive and the northwesterly side of North Road(C.R.48);
