TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate lying and being in the
Southold, County of Suffolk and the State of New York, shown and designated as
Lots 82 and 83, and part of Lot 84, which lot numbers are shown on a certain map
entitled "Map of Cedar beach Park", which map was filed in the office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County as Map No. 90, which said lots and part of lot when taken
together as one parcel are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Cedar Point Drive East, where
it is intersected by the division line between Lots 83 and 84 aforementioned, and
from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the northwesterly side of Cedar Point Drive East the
following three (3) courses and distances: (I)south 66 degrees 10 minutes 20
seconds west 52.0 feet; (2) north 79 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds west 287.0
