We have only to complete the final grading and install handrails on the stoops. Through a major blunder on the part of our excavator the partial cellar specified has been enlarged to almost a full cellar, and the house has been set back considerably from the data given on the permit application. The necessary side yards have been kept. I am enclosing the final survey to accurately show the house location.
