PARCEL I — ALL that tract or parcel of land situate at East Marion, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
STARTING at a point about 200 feet easterly from the easterly line of Bay Avenue, said point
being the southeasterly corner of lands of Nick Houlis and extending thence along said lands of
Houlis northerly about 200 feet; /
THENCE Easterly along lands now or formerly of John W. Vail about 400 feet;
THENCE Southerly along lands of East Marion Cemetery 2 0,feet more or less;
THENCE Westerly along lands of East Marion Cemetery 200 feet more or less;
THENCE Westerly along other lands of the parties of the second part 400 feet to the point of

BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at a point about 100 feet easterly from the easterly line
of Day Avenue and about 200 feet southerly from the northerly line of land formerly of Henry C.
Tuthill, said monument being at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described:
