These are unprecedented Ɵmes. Here at the County to ensure the health and welfare of all we are in the process of
transiƟoning some of our workforce to be able to work from home. In the past we were not accepƟng electronic
submissions of referrals, starƟng today March 18, 2020 we have put in place a system where all municipaliƟes will now
be required to submit all their 239 Referrals to Suffolk County electronically. This will be done through the link
provide below.
