YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE:
1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Construct approximately 151 if of vinyl bulkhead in place of existing timber bulkhead,remove and replace
(in-place)+/-22'northerly timber bulkhead return with vinyl return,and backfill with approximately 25
cubic yards of clean sandy fill to be trucked in from an approved upland source;remove existing dock
structure consisting of a 7'x 8'deck,7'x 17'fixed walkway,4'x 16'ramp,and 8'x 12 floating dock,and
construct in the same location a new dock(to be connected to water and electricity),'consisting of a 4'x 39'
fixed timber catwalk(constructed with open-grate decking and rope handrail),3'x 14 hinged ramp,and 6'
x 20'float secured by two(2) 10"-diameter pilings;construct a 10'x 15'grade-level,untreated wood deck
landward of dock and bulkhead;and establish a 10'wide non-turf buffer landward of bulkhead,all as
depicted on the project plan prepared by En-Consultants,dated January 30,2020.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:

3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
