That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of Southold for a Site Plan; 2. That the property which is the subject of the application is located adjacent to your property and is described as follows: SCTM#1000-106-6-13.4; 3. That the property which is the subject of this application is located in the MII_and R-80 Zoning Districts; 4.
