There is a 3 foot 2 1/2 inch landing the width of the house, which is 26feet 6 inches because the width has sliding doors that open.We are approved for 90 square feet of steps and this plan has a total of 73.33 square feet which is within the approved parameters and within code. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is EXEMPT from LWRP review pursuant to: § 268-3.
