of Southold, at Bayview, Suffolk County, New York, more particularly shown and
designated as Lot Number 14 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Bayside
Terrace" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 11, 1953 as Map
No. 2034, said lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Summer Lane distant 300.00
feet northeasterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northwesterly
side of Summer Lane with the northeasterly side of Summit Road, said point of
beginning also being where the division line between Lot 14 and Lot 15
intersects the northwesterly side of Summer Lane;
