forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being at Southold,in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York.

Being and intended to be the same premises described in a deed made by Walter L.Tait and Irene D.Tait,his
wife and recorded September 25, 1991,in Liber 11341,at Page 62.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 7 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Corey Creek Estates at
Bayview", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on August 15, 1967 as Map No.4634 said lot is bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Corey Creek Lane distant 410.00 feet southerly from the extreme southerly
end of an arc of a curve connecting the westerly side of Corey Creek Lane and the southerly side of Main Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE the following 2 courses and distances along the westerly side of Corey Creek Lane:
1. along an arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 420.00 feet and a length of 28.74 feet to a point;
2. South 16 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds East, 71.26 feet to a monument and land (now or formerly) of Oriley;
THENCE South 87 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds West, along said land 208.28 feet to a monument and land (now or
formerly)of St. Patrick's Church;
THENCE North 07 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds West, along said land 112.42 feet to a monument and land (now or
formerly)of Hoffman;
THENCE South 88 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds East along said land 195.81 feet to a monument and the westerly side
of Corey Creek Lane, the point or place of BEGINNING.
THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED under this commitment will insure the title to such buildings and improvements on the
premises which by law constitute real property.
FOR CONVEYANCING ONLY: Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, of in and to the
