Arshamomoque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot Numbers 137 and 138 on a certain map
entitled, "Amended Map A of Peconic Bay Estates" which map was made by Otto
W. Van Tuyi and Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on May 19, 1933 as Map No. 1124, and an adjoining described
parcel, when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Bay Shore Road distant 665.02
feet north of the extreme northerly end of the curve connecting the northerly side
