situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot 5 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map
of Downsview at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,NY", filed 8/11/1970 as Map
No. 5509, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Dean Drive, distant 417.07 feet South, as
measured along the easterly side of Dean Drive from New Suffolk Avenue, said point of

aforementioned map;
