I am writing to you to inform you about the upcoming Zoning Board hearing on March 5th for
for a variance request by your neighbor, Mildred David. I am the architect of record for the
plans.
A small area of the second floor construction requires a zoning variance and we are proposing
to extend the side yard portion of the existing dormer wall 13 1/2 inches beyond its present
location on the roof.
Attached, please find, the legal notice for the public hearing as well as the survey showing the
modifications to the existing structure.

an application for;a permit to construct additions and alterations to an existing; single

The.Board of Appeals will hear all persons, or their representatives, desiring to be heard
