As was recommended by your colleague, this is a preliminary request to visit our property so as to determine whether we can go forward with an above or semi above ground pool. Now, I will print out the survey which I believe that you have at the Annex. want to provide, you with a few details. We had lived on Main Bayview for close to 12 years and decided to retire to Southold. We have a beautiful fresh water pond which was a factor in our choosing this home. The pond is now thriving with Koi and I am pleased to say that our neighbors are delighted that we bought the home as there apparently was an infestation problem due to mosquitos. I added aeration as well as organic beneficial .bacteria and other additives to encourage the pond to flourish. It has, and our family is delighted. The last thing I wish to say is that we are fine with a very very small pool. It is for our grandchildren first and foremost and a splash or refreshment pool would be more than suitable.
