"� s e P p �o 1.' .M� NOTICE L .r......u. ..,. .. u. o.. .'1 Rea N Southold Town Trustees Reference: 7725 Nassau Pt Rd To Whom It May Concern: I Tim McManus owner of 7725 Nassau Point road would like to set up a pre-submission meeting with the trustees to review the proposed retaining wall and in ground pool as shown on the attached survey The proposed retaining wall would be roughly 4' tall and match the existing secondary bulkhead material in vinyl,this wall would be no higher than the existing "level" lawn area. The proposed in ground pool is the furthest point we could put it landward from the bulkhead in the back yard Thank you in advance for your time and please let me know when works for you.
