Gentlemen: I have a bungalow on waterfront property between Paradise and Cedar Beach Points. I wish to remove a part of a one car garage and b~!ld on a two car garage and extend the kitchen. I am enclosing applications for a building permit. I expect to do the work myself. Since my property, that of F. Akscin and That of J. Hickey were once one property, the boundary lines are somewhat irregular. However, I think the proposed addition will not violate the spirit of the new zoning ordinance. Mr. Hickey and I have enough land extending to the highway (Bayview Hoad?) to bu~!d our own driveways. However by mutual agreement all three of us are sharing existing driveways. My bungalow is 12.5 feet from the nearest boundary. All other separations are much greater. The proposed alteration will not reduce this separation. I am not sure of the map and block number. ~y tax bill for 1~56-1957 (Book 1, page 472) has the following under my name and address: 1 H 6 28 115 Can you fill t~is information in for me? Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this location. c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit. d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue o Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work. e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy shall hove been granted by the Building Inspector.
