• The Board unanimously readopted the ZBA Code of Conduct; the Z.13A
Guidelines to Open Meetings Law and Ethical Issues, and the ZBA Procedural
Guidelines(with a minor correction),.
• The ZBA readopted, as written, all of the templates used for writing draft
decisions
• The Board Members reviewed all of the meeting dates for 2020
• The Chairperson appointed Nicholas Planamento as Vise Chairperson for 2020
• TheTown Board re-appointed Member uric F.Dantes for another 5-year terra
