The 'As-Built Deck Framing Plan' dated 04/22/19 will be supplied to Southold Town Building Department. After my inspection I found that the footing sizes + spacing, the post sizing + spacing, the girder sizing + fastening, the ledger board sizing + fastening, and the joist sizing and fastening would indicate to me that after the deck boards, railings and steps have been installed according to code, it would be an acceptable completed deck structure to support a minimum live load of 40 Lbs per square foot and a dead load of 15 Lbs per square foot.
