Ladies:
In response to your letter dated June 25, 2019, the Board of Trustees reviewed your
request to remove the dying tree located near the embankment and bulkhead on the
above named property, and as seen by Trustee Greg Williams on July 8, 2019.
The Board of Trustees determined that the tree may be removed at this time. No permit
will be required in order to remove this tree.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

The Siracusano Siblings (listed above)formally request a permit from the Southold Town Board to allow us to properly
and completely remove a large dying tree overhanging the embankment and bulkhead protecting the property from
environmental erosion.
We give representatives from the Southold Town Board to come on the property of 895 North Parish Drive,Southold, NY
11971 to assess the situation.
Below are pictures that help to illustrate the concerns of the tree falling and causes extensive and expensive damage to
the bulkhead. Thank you for your consideration. Please confirm receipt of this request.
