KATONA 160 INLET LANE, GREENPORT SCTM#: 1000-43-5-5 Dear Mr. Weber: In response to your letter dated July 3, 2019, the Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove "Tree #1 and Tree #2" located on the above named property, and as seen by Trustee John J. Bredemeyer on July 8, 2019. The Board of Trustees determined that the two trees may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove these two trees. As per plans received in Trustee office July 3, 2019 —"These two trees to be removed at homeowner discretion". Additionally, it is okay to remove autumn olive in 20' non-disturbance area. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency.
