Nicholas Krupski on July 22, 2019. The Board of Trustees determined that ONLY the four (4) trees as seen and as shown in your photographs may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove these trees. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. We met with an arborist who suggested we speak with you since we on are the water(Haywater Cove) and have wetlands.All-the trees we-want:remove"d are covering the backyard so-that there is no-sun coming through and we have invasive moss covering the yard, and two of the trees are dead, and one of them is leaning against the deck posing a risk to the house.Attached below are some photos of the trees.
