State of New York, known and designated as Lot No.29 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Laurel Country Estates" and
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 06/22/70 as Map No. 5486, said lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Delmar Drive said point being the extreme southerly end of a curve which
connects the southerly side of Emma Drive with the westerly side of Delmar Drive;
RUNNING THENCE South 18 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East along the westerly side of Delmar Drive, 163.49 feet;
