BEGINNING at a point on the southwest side of Old Harbor Road, at a concrete monument marking the
northeast corner of land of Kwit, and running thence South 43 degrees.41'30" West,225.97 feet to a point

Subject to rights of others over the road, 33 feet in width, running from Old Harbor Road southwesterly and thence
southeasterly through a portion of the premises.
The parties of the second part, their heirs, executors, administrator and successors shall have a right of way and free
access to all of the canals in the Harrington H. Tuthill property, known also as School House Creek Association, and
to have sole use of 15 feet in the canals in front of and adjacent to the premises herein conveyed to maintain landing
and docks; the parties of the second part and their grantees or successors in interest to leave a right of way for
vessels to come and go freely of at least a 30 foot channel in the middle of the canals.
