t of Southold, the County of Suffolk and the State of New York, known and designated as Lot No.
40 on a certain map entitled"Map of Peconic Homes, Section 2"and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 28, 1967 as Map No. 5001 being more particularly

BEGINNING at the northerly terminus of Henry's Lane, where the same is intersected by the
