In reference to inspection made on or about December 27,2019:
Property will need to seek an Administrative Wetland Permit under
Chapter 275(Wetlands) and maintain natural Non-Turf Buffer adjacent
to the wetlands of a minimum of 20-30 feet, amount to be
determined by the Board of Trustees, which along with the wetland
boundary will need to be flagged as part of the application.

Dear Southold Town Board of Trustees:
I am interested in obtaining a wetland permit to do some maintenance on the property of our house
located at 16107 Main Road, East Marion, NY 11939. 1 give The Southold Town Trustees permission to
visit my property as well as for Shawn Droskoski to accompany them to the property.
I have included a check for$50 for the pre-application site visit. Please let me know if you have any
questions or if any additional information is needed at this time.
