Here is where we are with John's J pre-co inspection report dated 5/1/18: 1. Electric Permit- Erik advises that an Electrical Inspection was done & completed. Please let me know if the electrical inspection has any outstanding items. 2.AC needs apermit- OK- client is getting specs of-AC....will include in a new bW*Idincj permit application. Also- to be included in the new building permit"application: 1/2 bath on First Floor....Rob Brown has plans started. This 1/2 bath was added by Erik's mom in 1960.
