Subject: HPC Committee Meeting Notices
Tracey,
As discussed on the telephone this morning,The Town Clerk's Office will no longer be responsible for sending out
meeting notices for the Historic Preservation Committee. It will be your responsibility to make sure you have the room
booked for the meeting and to send the notices out. There seem to be changes in the date and times of meeting almost
every meeting,which we are not made aware of until after we send the notice out.This is creating confusion for
everyone concerned, us,you, the committee,the general public. I think you as Secretary to this committee should send
their notices out. This will eliminate confusion for everyone concerned. Bonnie will send you the e-mail listing of who
HPC Meeting Notices should be sent to. It is a large group, but must be sent out to everyone on the list.
