VI. RESOLUTIONS:
1. RESOLVED that, upon the recommendation of the Board of Trustees, the Town
Board moves that Wayne I. Galante, Certified Court Reporter be appointed for
Court Reporting Services for the Board of Trustees for the period from January 1,
2020 through December 31, 2020.
2. RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approve the proposed 2020 Work
Session and Public Hearing Dates to be scheduled on the following dates:

VII. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION:
1. Charlie Gueli, President of the Mattituck-Laurel Civic Associating wondering if any of you
would be interested in participating on the panel of a meeting they will be having on
Monday, January 27, 2020 from 6:30—8:30—American Legion, Wickham.
They will be discussing storms and the rising sea level. So far Joyce Novall and maybe
Elyse DeSantis from Peconic Estuary will be on the panel.
Trustee President is expected to attend this meeting.
2. Nick Krupski to discuss Goldsmith's Inlet, Peconic.
3. Nick Krupski to discuss the possible wetland area on the property located at 64600 Main
Road, Greenport; SCTM# 1000-56-7-4.1.
VIII. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
1. Discussion on Labor matters.
2. Discussion on future compliance training.
3. Discussion regarding a received complaint.
