on December 29, 1958 as Map No. 2901, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Rambler Road Extension distant 1,265.61 feet more or less northerly and
easterly along the easterly side of Rambler Road and the southerly side of Rambler Road Extension from the extreme
westerly terminus of curve which curve connects the southerly side of Watersedge Way with the easterly side of
