Dear Ms. Eyre:
In response to your letter dated November 1, 2019, the Board of Trustees reviewed
your request to cut down the dead tree located on the above mentioned property, which
tree was seen by Trustee Domino in the photograph you provided.
The Board of Trustees determined that the tree may be removed at this time. No permit
will be required in order to remove this tree.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

My significant other Bob Travis spoke with you today about this tree that has partially fallen in the backyard. I
would like approval to remove the tree. See the letter below in Bob's email.
I have a 10 year permit from the Town to maintain the pond area.
My house address is 200 Rogers Road in Southold. The back lot on Orchard is mine as well.
I'm out of town which is why I'm emailing. Please let me know when permission is granted.
