Dear Mr. and Mrs. Cid:
In response to your letter dated October 7, 2019, the Board of Trustees reviewed your
request to cut down the group of four black locust trees located on the above mentioned
property, which trees were seen by Trustee Glenn Goldsmith on November 3, 2019.
The Board of Trustees determined that black locust trees may be removed at this time.
No permit will be required in order to remove these trees.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Trustees,
We would like to request permission to remove a group of four invasive Black
Locust trees on our property at 675 Meadow Ln.,Tax Map Number 115.-5-7.
The trees are located on the north east side of our home and are at the waters edge.
In addition to being invasive,the trees are leaning and are a potential hazard to the
bank. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions.
