other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,

erected,situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and Slate of New
York as described on the attached Schedule A.annexed hereto and made a part hereof.

25,2010,and recorded on September 24,2010 in Liber 12638,page 422,in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office,the Grantor herein being the same described as the Grantee in said Deed.
