There is no viable non-structural alternative to the proposed in-place replacement of the existing bulkhead and returns, which tie into the bulkheads on the adjoining properties, for protecting the subject and neighboring properties from flood and erosion damage and loss. The project thus seeks only to maintain the historically existing, permitted condition of the property's shoreline without causing any change in or significant adverse impacts on the adjacent tidal wetlands or waters of the Town. 3 t Board of Trustees Application AUTHORIZATION (Where the applicant is not the owner) I/We, Paul Reilly,Trustee,Redly Family Revocable Intervivos Trust dated 11/30/94 I owners of the property identified as SCTM## 1000- 37-5-13 in the town of 9 7 Southold New York, hereby authorizes F A 2 En-consultants to act as my agent and handle all necessary work involved with the application process for pennit(s)from the Southold Town ]hoard of Trustees for this property.
