Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 21
on a certain map entitled, "Map of Highpoint Meadows, Section Two", which map was
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 3/19/90, as Map No. 8911, more particularly
bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Tuthill Road Extension where the
division line between Lot Nos. 20 and 21 on the aforementioned map intersects said
westerly side of Tuthill Road Extension;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line, south 74 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds
west, 160.00 feet;
THENCE north 07 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds west. 153.09 feet to the southerly side
of Oriole Drive;
THENCE along the southerly side of Oriole Drive, north 82 degrees 34 minutes 20
seconds east, 107.17 feet to a curve connecting the southerly side of Oriole Drive and the
westerly side of Tuthill Road Extension;
THENCE southeasterly along said curve to the right having a radius of 40.00 feet and an
arc length of 59.86 feet;
"THENCE along the southerly side of Tuthill Road Extension, the following two (2)
courses and distances:
1. Southeasterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 835.00 feet and an arc length of
54.50 feet; and
2. South 15 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds east, 40.00 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
