Dear Mrs. Kosel:
This letter is a follow up to my field inspection of 220 Glenn Road regarding three (3)
black locust trees damaged by the nor'easter that battered Southold Town last night.
The larger fallen tree compromised the root system of the two companion trees and
therefore all three should be removed by your arborist as soon as practicable.
The Board of Trustees determined that this tree may be removed at this time. No
permit will be required in order to remove this tree.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
