The Coastal Erosion Hazard Line runs landward of the dwelling.The portion of the property towards the road is in ZONE X. Before entering a design process I suggested to my client to have a representative of your board inspect the property and meet me there to discuss options that the Trustees can support. Attached with this letter is the authorization that authorizes me to handle all necessary work related to the Trustees application on Mr.Castro-Tie's behalf as well as the affidavit to grant access to the property and a check in the amount of$50.
