voluntary presubmission site visit to discuss the proposed operations with the Board.
Discussions in the,field are purely advisory and nonbinding, but this meeting is intended to
facilitate communication between the applicant and the Board. There will be a $50. for this
conference,which may be applied to an application fee for a wetlands permit made within six
months of the site visit and which application involves structures that were the subject of the

My client recently purchased a small bungalow on the Sound located at 56055 Route 48.
He is planning to make improvements to the property and the dwelling itself which is entirely located
in Flood ZONE VE(EL.16).
The Coastal Erosion Hazard Line runs landward of the dwelling.The portion of the property towards
the road is in ZONE X.
Before entering a design process I suggested to my client to have a representative of your board
inspect the property and meet me there to discuss options that the Trustees can support.
Attached with this letter is the authorization that authorizes me to handle all necessary work related
to the Trustees application on Mr.Castro-Tie's behalf as well as the affidavit to grant access to the
property and a check in the amount of$50.
