Map of Mattituck Heights, property by Gustav Bayer at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York" made and surveyed
by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 07/24/1935 as Map No. 1184, said
lot and described piece when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Mary's Avenue distant 693.00 feet northerly from the corner formed
