BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Kraus Road
with the westerly side of Camp Mineola Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning South,14 degrees 35 minutes 00
seconds East along the westerly side of Camp Mineola Road, 168.10 feet to the
northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Conningsby;
