located at Mattituck, Long Island, Property of William B. Codling," and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on May 10, 1921, as Map No. 745, said lot and part of lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Meday Avenue distant 285.00 feet easterly as measured along the same
