NOTICE OF BUDGET VOTE AND MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given,as prescribed by Chapter 924 of the laws of the State of New York,
meeting1941,as amended,of a
8th day of August,2019. Voting ill take placer
District ,Veterans MemorialI ,Mattituck,New York,for the
purpose of voting on the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2020. Meeting at 6:30 p.m.
Applications for the absentee ballots may be obtainedat the same location on Monday,
Wednesday, Thursday, ri y and Saturdayen 10:00 a.m. an 2:00 p.m. The absentee llot
application must be received by the District Clerk at least seven ( )days prior to the vote and meeting i
the ballot is to be mailedto the voter;or the day before such vote and meeting if the ballotis to be
delivered rs nally to the voter or his agent.
The ballot itself must either be delivered to the ituc ark District no later than the close o
polls on the day of the vote, or postmarked by a governmental postal service no later than the day before
the vote and received no later t n the r day after the vote.
Every resident hos all have resided in the Mattituckark District fora period of ti ( )days
next preceding the election, and whosename and address in within the boundaries of the MattituckPark
District as set forth on the Suffolk Countyoar of Elections voter r istr tion listing, shall be qualifiedto
vote.
