BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Horton's Lane which said point is 1,093.31 feet southerly from the extreme
southerly end of a curve that connects the southerly side of North Road, County Road 48 with the easterly side of Horton's
Lane as measured along the easterly side of Horton's Lane; said point also being at the intersection of the division line
between the northerly side of the premises about to be described with the land formerly of Conway, land now or formerly of
