6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.

Dear Mr. Jarski:
Per your instructions, I am providing this letter as an affidavit certifying that the 10' x 30'
porch enclosure and deck off the east end of the porch at Building A were constructed
prior to 1957.
In addition, I am certifying that the '/ bath and finished bedroom space on the lower
level of Building B were completed prior to 1957.
My older brothers remember that all of these improvements were made prior to my
grandfather moving into Building B when he retired from farming. Quoting from my
brother Preston's email: Gramp had his mild heart attack when I was 92 (9952) and
that is when he "retired"from farming and made a full-time transition to the West
Bungalow. AH of the work on both bungalows was done by 9956, the summer when I
worked for Phil. So, yes, it all preceded 9957!
