THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2019-868 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
OCTOBER 8, 2019:
RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 170 (Landmark Preservation) of the
Town Code, the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby sets Tuesday, December 3, 2019
at 7:01 P.M., Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York as the time and
